A note about Food Vendors: We have a limited number of food vendors at the festival and placement is by application only. Click here to download our 2012 Food Vendor Guidelines and Application. Application deadline for Food Vendors was April 1, 2012!

Located on Forget-Me-Not Farm in Tinmouth, Vermont, SolarFest is the Northeast's premier renewable energy and arts festival: a three-day family friendly-festival which combines an emphasis on renewable energy sources and sustainability with a diverse program of arts, music and culture. This innovative combination of energy education and the arts attracts a wide and varied audience.
We offer both inside and outside booth spaces, but it's important to note that inside spaces sell out in early April, so if you would like to be in our covered arena, you must register early!
Vendor Fees: (All Vendor Fees are discounted by $25 if reserved through April 20, 2012.)

Vendor spaces include the equivalent of 2 passes per day and can be requested as best suits your needs. Additional passes for booth workers only may be purchased in advance at discounted rates. See our complete exhibitor packet for more information.
